Located in the heart of Camberwell, South East London, this crafted development offers 59 contemporary apartments. Arriving later to market, it required a strong positioning strategy and bold visual identity to stand out.

Solution

Camberwell, known for its vibrant fashion, art, and design scenes, inspired a bold branding approach for the development. Striking typography and Yves Klein blue brush-marks created a confident visual language, used across all materials. A distinctive ‘digital Super 8’ aesthetic brought the identity to life in marketing and social films, capturing the area’s creative spirit and positioning the development as part of its evolving cultural landscape.
