Challenge
Elderberry Walk is a sustainable mixed tenure scheme of 161 private and affordable homes with rich landscaping linking to open parkland in Southmead, Bristol. Following an initial market launch with branding that the lead investment fund felt was misaligned, I was commissioned to re-establish the brand and create a new identity and digital experience to strengthen the sales journey.
Solution
The brand was refined to express a simple idea – Nature and Living in Harmony. A considered, design-led identity captures the Elderberry Walk experience, informed by real conversations to create a seamless, intuitive digital journey.
