Challenge
After successfully overcoming the negative legacy of the name, creating a standout presence among the Nine Elms competition, and repositioning Vauxhall as a desirable destination for young professionals, I was invited to help sell the remaining one-bedroom apartments (often seen as small and limiting) turning them into highly appealing opportunities.
Solution
Rather than trying to avoid the 1 bedroom aspect, I hose to embrace it and created a campaign that leads with this apparent negative and has a positive benefits driven counter.
