Challenge
CBRE’s Wimpole Building renovation aimed to transform its public perception about it’s listed frontage, which was elaborate but hindered modern office leasing due to perceived small, dimly lit floors.

Solution
The architecturally redesigned space featured a light-well for natural daylight, creating a brighter and more inviting atmosphere.  Due to it’s location and poise, from a strategic perspective, the building’s brand was aligned with traditional Mayfair aesthetics while introducing new and dynamic modern expression as a visual metaphor for light pouring into the open floors. This combination brought the brand and campaign to life in an impactful and memorable manner.
